## Job description

About Us Growth Hunters is a dynamic, fast-growing company that helps businesses grow and improve their results through a culture of growth marketing and growth hacking. We are looking for a motivated, results-driven, and experienced Account Manager to take over, lead, and grow several of the agency’s existing projects. Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities for partner companies, and develop and implement growth strategies on the company’s behalf Analyze and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns together with the team Onboard projects in line with our established workflow, including delegation and oversight Prepare and present proposals to new partners Requirements At least 3 years of experience managing marketing projects at marketing agencies or in brand management Experience working with LLMs through prompting Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly Experience in the construction industry is a plus Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple projects Teamwork and leadership skills English proficiency at B2 level or higher Compensation & Schedule Fixed salary based on experience, plus bonuses for successfully delivered campaigns and/or new services added Working hours: Monday–Friday, 11:00–19:00 (hybrid)
