If you’re detail-oriented and ready to contribute, we’d love to cooperate with you! 👤 What You’ll Be Doing: ✔️ Managing client accounts – Cooperating with insurance companies, updating patient records, and ensuring accuracy. ✔️ Tracking payments & billing – Processing, monitoring, and verifying financial transactions. ✔️ Data entry & policy verification – Ensuring all insurance and financial records are up to date. ✔️ Generating reports – Preparing monthly financial summaries and client-requested reports. ✔️ Ensuring compliance – Maintaining confidentiality and following security guidelines. ✔️ Problem-solving & support – Assisting in resolving account issues and internal system tickets. 📚 What You Bring: ✅ Experience in accounting, preferably in healthcare or insurance. ✅ Proficiency in accounting software & Microsoft Excel. ✅ Knowledge of financial reports, including P&L. ✅ Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. ✅ Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher). ✅ A proactive approach & ability to operate independently . 💙 Numbers Matter, But People Come First Your accuracy and expertise help keep healthcare running smoothly.
