Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Employment Type: Full-time About the Company A prominent real estate development company in Georgia is looking for an experienced, responsible, and detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team. The company delivers residential and commercial development projects and is committed to quality, transparency, and sustainable growth. This is an opportunity to work within a reputable, fast-growing organization and contribute directly to its financial stability and success. Key Responsibilities ** Maintain full accounting records in accordance with Georgian legislation and IFRS requirements ** Process and systematize primary documentation ** Record and monitor project-based costs for development and construction projects ** Reconcile and record settlements with suppliers, contractors, and service providers ** Record customer settlements, down payments, and installment schedules ** Maintain records of fixed assets, construction in progress, and inventory ** Calculate VAT, profit tax, and other taxes, and submit declarations via the rs.ge system ** Process payroll and account for income tax and pension contributions ** Handle bank operations and perform bank statement reconciliations ** Liaise with auditors and tax authorities Requirements ** Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field ** Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience; experience in real estate development, construction, or a related sector is a strong advantage ** Solid knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and accounting standards ** Knowledge of IFRS ** Proficiency in accounting software (1C, Oris, or similar) and MS Excel ** Experience working with the rs.ge system ** Well-organized, responsible, and able to meet deadlines ** Professional certification (SARAS, ACCA, CAP, or similar) is an advantage What We Offer ** Competitive and transparent remuneration ** Stable and growing work environment ** Opportunities for professional development ** Friendly, professional team ** Official employment and benefits package
