Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting and financial operations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Lead month-end and year-end closing processes Monitor cash flow and liquidity requirements Ensure compliance with local accounting, tax, and statutory regulations Coordinate tax filings and regulatory reporting Perform account reconciliations and financial controls Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders Collaborate with finance teams from HQ or regional Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, Strong knowledge of accounting & Financial principles, Experience with SAP or other accounting software, and proficiency in MS Excel, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, High attention to detail and accuracy, Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, Effective communication skills.
