## Job description

This role is for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) (Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) in the General Cardiology team at a new medical center. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive inpatient cardiac care, performing examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, developing treatment plans, collaborating with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams, conducting hospital rounds, follow-up visits, discharge planning, and patient education. Qualifications required are graduation from an accredited NP or PA program, current Georgia licensure or eligibility, board certification (NP or PA-C), BLS and ACLS certifications, and preferred cardiology or inpatient APP experience. Skills Needed Include Excellent Communication, Clinical, And Teamwork Abilities.
