Role Description Ra Optics is looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support and move forward the projects assigned to them, cleanly and reliably. This role is less about monitoring timelines and more about paying attention to the details of ongoing projects: looking at what's going on, seeing where support is needed, and taking the initiative to provide it. You'll be handed specific projects and collaborations to own, and as work gets underway, you'll keep it on track, hold the handoffs, and make sure nothing stalls. Working closely with the design and partnerships team, you'll bring order to the day-to-day so the people doing the work can stay focused on it. Requirements Several years of project coordination or operations support experience, ideally in a fast-moving consumer or e-commerce business. Exceptional organization and follow-through; you finish what you start and details do not slip. Clear, professional written and spoken English, with the confidence to work directly with external partners and vendors as needed. Fluency with everyday tools: shared calendars, Google Drive, messaging apps, and a task manager such as ClickUp. Self-directed and dependable across time zones, with consistent availability during agreed working hours. A calm, steady presence that brings order rather than adding noise. Deep product expertise is not required; the priority is moving work forward exceptionally well.
