Department: Airport Operations Location: Batumi International Airport, Batumi, Georgia Contract Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: ** Assist the Airport Manager in daily administrative and organizational activities; ** Organize, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and business visits; ** Maintain and regularly update the Airport Manager`s calendar, meeting schedule and records; ** Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes of meetings and related documentation; ** Receive, greet and coordinate guests and visitors of the Airport Manager; ** Organize refreshments and hospitality services for meetings and official visits; ** Ensure proper communication and coordination between departments and external parties; ** Provide written and verbal translation during meetings and communication processes when required; ** Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, e-mails and official documentation; ** Maintain filing, archiving and registration of administrative and managerial documents; Qualifications: ** Higher education; ** Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, assistant or office coordination positions; ** Proficiency in English and Turkish languages; ** Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Competencies: ** Good organizational and communication skills; ** Ability to work in a multitasking environment; ** Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism; What We Offer: ** Working schedule - full time, 5 days a week, 8 hour working day ** Health insurance package ** Free meal once a day; ** Free transportation service to and from the job, from several central points in the city.
