**Affiliate Manager (Middle/Senior)
__iGaming - Warsaw__**

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive partner acquisition and scale affiliate performance across **Tier 1 **and **Tier 2 **markets. This role focuses on building strong partnerships, optimizing traffic sources, and delivering sustainable growth within the iGaming vertical.

__📍Role is based in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation support is provided by the company.__

**Responsibilities:**
• Source, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners across CPA, Revenue Share, and hybrid models
• Lead commercial discussions, define partnership terms, and manage affiliate budgets, including commissions and payouts
• Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize for maximum ROI
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, as well as commission calculations and payments
• Maintain daily communication with affiliates, supporting their growth and strengthening long-term relationships
• Work closely with marketing, creative, and development teams to improve acquisition strategies
• Represent the company at industry events and contribute to affiliate communications, including newsletters and promotional materials

**Requirements:**
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming/gambling industry
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets (.com brands)
• Strong negotiation and sales skills with a results-driven approach
• Solid understanding of the iGaming ecosystem
• Hands-on experience with mobile measurement platforms such as Appsflyer or Adjust
• Experience promoting both mobile apps and web-based products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
• Languages proficiency: Fluent English, fluent/native level of Ukrainian and Russian languages
