Role Description The Affiliate Marketing Specialist role is a part-time, on-site position based in Batumi. This role involves developing and managing affiliate partnerships that promote GreWeCo’s climate tech solutions, including tree sponsorships and tokenized carbon initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new affiliates, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and coordinating campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. The specialist will monitor performance metrics, optimize affiliate programs, and collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotional materials. This role also includes preparing regular reports on affiliate activity, analyzing results, and proposing data-driven improvements to enhance reach and impact. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing to effectively manage and grow partner networks. Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to build relationships with affiliates, internal stakeholders, and external partners. Experience with performance tracking tools, analytics platforms, and basic reporting is beneficial. Knowledge of climate tech, sustainability, or environmental initiatives is an advantage.
