Job Description: Oversee all livestock and agricultural operations; Structure and expand animal production activities; Improve operational, sanitary, and financial performance; Implement international management standards; Lead operational and technical teams; Manage budgets, investments, and growth strategies; Report directly to shareholders; Build a high-performance operational culture. Requirements: Higher Education, Preferably in Business Administration, Agriculture or Zoology; Proven experience managing large-scale farming operations (At least 1000 Livestock units); Strong expertise in animal production, nutrition, and fattening; Experience of working in organization with international management would be considered as plus; Minimum 10 Years of experience in Animal Farming Business, 5 Years on Managerial positions, such as CEO, Deputy CEO, COO or Director of Production; Fluency in English; Knowledge of French language at Fluent level would be considered as strong plus.
