Position Purpose: The Agile Coach supports multiple engineering teams by implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies, fostering continuous improvement and learning, and creating a productive, collaborative, and fair work environment. They guide team members to work independently and efficiently, facilitate communication within and across teams, and support the Business Product Owner and Business Development Manager in achieving team and organizational goals. The Agile Coach acts as a servant leader, enabling squads to deliver high-quality results without taking over operational responsibilities.
