## Job description

Position: Agile Coach Credo Bank is a strong and stable financial institution with a 27-year history. The bank provides continuous services and operates across Georgia with nearly 100 branches. Position Purpose: The Agile Coach supports multiple engineering teams by implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies, fostering continuous improvement and learning, and creating a productive, collaborative, and fair work environment. They guide team members to work independently and efficiently, facilitate communication within and across teams, and support the Business Product Owner and Business Development Manager in achieving team and organizational goals. The Agile Coach acts as a servant leader, enabling squads to deliver high-quality results without taking over operational responsibilities. Major Responsibilities · Hands-on experience working with multiple cross-functional engineering teams, including Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Solution Analysts , - the infrastructure, devops, risk, cyber security, monitoring, BI , sales teams, etc. · Where more than one Product Owner expects results from the team the Agile Coach will support the Business Development Manager and Product Owner in identifying and managing · Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and changing priorities · Demonstrated servant leadership mindset — enabling teams rather than managing or directing them · Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, continuous improvement activities, and team retrospectives · Practically implements the chosen mode of work of technology teams. · Builds the team and establishes proper Communication. · Supports new members of the team of Agile Coaches · Enables squads to handle their workload at the highest possible degree of autonomy and efficiency. · Senses and closes gaps in communication and coordination between team members and their stakeholders. · Team management-related responsibilities General Responsibilities: · Understand and support the Credo philosophy and objectives; · Conduct all activities in compliance with Credo policies and procedures; · Demonstrate loyalty to Credo and practice a high level of honesty & integrity. · Protect the material values of the organization, in accordance with the credo consumption policy; · Protection of confidentiality of information obtained in the work process Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: · Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks, with the ability to adapt methodologies to team and organizational context · Experience in managing and motivating teams · Excellent Communication Skills · Excellent Conflict and Problem-Solving skills · Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills · Willingness to support teams peers, and other Agile Coaches when needed · Ability to coach team members toward autonomy and self-organization, without taking over operational roles · Analytical Thinking · Excellent Sense for the Essential, Ability to Prioritize · Minimum English Level B1 Optional / Nice to Have: · Experience in banking, fintech, or regulated environments · Agile certifications (ICP-ACC, PSM, CSM, SAFe, etc.) · Experience working with multiple teams or clusters simultaneously · Experience contributing to Agile communities of practice
