## Job description

**Hi colleagues!**
I am looking for an **AI Engineer** to develop production-grade autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows, as well as design reusable architectural patterns for four parallel development teams.

- **Location:** Remote **(Candidates from Europe only)**
- **Employment Type:** B2B contract\Remote
- **Experience:** 5+years
- **Duration:** Contract with potential extension after July 2027

**Key Requirements**:
**- Fluent English and Russian**
-**Strong experience** with Python and AWS, including Bedrock and AgentCore.
-**Proven track record** of integrating Enterprise LLMs with APIs and databases.
-**Hands-on experience** with MCP (Model Context Protocol), A2A, structured outputs, skills, and tool-calling.
-**Deep understanding** of agent orchestration, prompt/context management, and stateful workflows.
-**Experience in MLOps/AIOps**, including versioning, testing, monitoring, and evaluation.
-**Background in designing** and deploying AI solutions in the public cloud.

**Responsibilities**:
-**Design and develop** autonomous agents and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
-**Create and maintain** reusable architectural patterns for AI agents across four development squads.
-**Integrate LLMs** with external APIs, proprietary toolkits, and databases.
-**Optimize prompt engineering**, context window usage, and state management to ensure the stability of long-running agent workflows.
-**Develop monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks** to track agent decision paths and model outputs.
-**Architect and deploy** public cloud-based AI solutions.

**Nice to Have**:
Experience with **LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI**.
