We are looking for an AI Graphic Designer , to join our innovative and forward-thinking creative team, where we leverage cutting-edge AI technology to push the boundaries of marketing and design. You will work at the intersection of creativity and technology, collaborating with designers, motion designers, prompt engineers, and marketing professionals to bring unique, data-driven concepts to life. Your Main Tasks Will Be Design performance creatives and banners for paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms Design landing pages and email templates, handed off to development teams for build (no coding required) Create social media visuals and brand assets aligned with brand guidelines Use AI image-generation and workflow tools daily to speed up production — generating variations, adaptations, backgrounds, and style-consistent assets Adapt existing concepts across multiple sizes, formats, and platforms while maintaining visual and brand consistency Collaborate with producers, requesters, and the lead designer to scope tasks and align on creative direction Take feedback and iterate quickly across multiple rounds Maintain brand consistency across a high-volume, fast-paced task flow Deliver work in SLA mode, meeting predictable turnaround timelines Apply basic performance awareness (CTR, CPA, Spend) to inform creative decisions where relevant We Expect From You Solid graphic design fundamentals: composition, typography, colour, hierarchy — demonstrated through the portfolio. Branding and applying brand guidelines across high-volume static design. Design for digital formats: performance creatives, landing pages, newsletters, ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, and similar platforms. Adapting concepts across different sizes, formats, and platforms. Figma — confident level (auto-layout, components, libraries). Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator — confident level. Practical experience with AI image-generation tools (Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, NanoBanana, Imagen, or equivalent). Prompt engineering and reference-based generation for production use. Familiarity with character/style consistency techniques (LoRA, IP-Adapter, ControlNet, or similar) is a plus. Using AI for production speed-ups: variations, adaptations, upscaling, background work, style transfer. Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Make, n8n, Figma plugins) is a plus Templating and a systematic approach to high-volume tasks. Delivery standards: organising source files, naming conventions, and export formats. Working in SLA mode with predictable timelines. Basic After Effects — desirable for understanding the work of the adjacent motion team. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks.
