You will work on large-scale AI applications, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and production-grade ML systems that solve real-world business challenges. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications. Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases. Train, evaluate, and deploy AI models into production environments. Develop scalable APIs and AI-powered backend services. Implement prompt engineering techniques for Generative AI applications. Optimize model performance, inference speed, and deployment costs. Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software development teams. Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI systems. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python Experience with PyTorch Experience with TensorFlow Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Knowledge of NLP, Deep Learning, and Transformer architectures Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or ChromaDB Familiarity with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex Experience deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Understanding of REST APIs, Git, CI/CD, and MLOps best practices Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Experience building production-ready AI applications. Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI agent frameworks. Knowledge of cloud-based AI services and scalable infrastructure.
