Wij zijn dé specialist in interieurbeplanting, verticaal groen en kerstdecoraties. Wij geloven dat iedereen zich beter voelt en beter presteert in een omgeving waar planten groeien en bloeien. Met onze producten brengen we weldaad en gezondheid in duizenden gebouwen. Dat logistieke proces begint bij jou. Je werkt bij ons in een ruim magazijn met veel daglicht, draait vaste dagdiensten (08:00 - 16:00 uur) en bent op tijd thuis (uitgezonderd een enkele keer in onze kerstpiek). Wat ga je doen? Je Werkdag Is Allesbehalve Eentonig. Samen Met Een Team Van 10 Collega's Wissel Je Fysiek Logistiek Werk Af Met Assemblage, Plantverzorging En Kwaliteitscontrole: Logistiek & expeditie: Wanneer jij start, zijn de chauffeurs van die dag al vertrokken. Aan jou de taak om de rust en het overzicht te pakken. Je leest uitgebreide orderbonnen en verzamelt alle materialen om de 5 routes (bussen en een vrachtwagen) voor de vólgende dag tot in de puntjes op te bouwen en klaar te zetten. Assemblage & groen: Je zet planten in bakken, vult deze af met hydrokorrels en maakt ze klaar voor transport. Ook help je mee met het creëren van moswanden, verzorg je planten in de kas en pak je waar nodig andere klussen mee (zoals bijvoorbeeld het onderhoud van de voortuin). Inkomende goederen & retouren: Je neemt goederen aan en zorgt dat retourmaterialen netjes worden verwerkt en gescheiden (zoals reguliere retouren en de flinke stroom zakelijke kerstdecoraties na de feestdagen). Meedenken: Klopt er iets niet op de werkbon of ontbreekt een product? Jij schakelt direct met de teamleider voor een goed alternatief. Samenwerken: We hechten veel waarde aan een veilige werkomgeving en sluiten de dag altijd samen af met een opruimronde. Bedrijfsomschrijving Ambius is een geweldig bedrijf om voor te werken! Zo organiseren wij regelmatig teamuitjes en hebben we een jaarlijkse barbecue. Functie-eisen Wat breng je mee? Je hebt logistiek inzicht en kunt secuur werken met uitgebreide werkbonnen. Je bent fysiek fit; je loopt veel en het tillen van plantenbakken en materialen is onderdeel van je dag. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed. Je houdt van afwisseling, schakelt makkelijk tussen taken en helpt collega's waar nodig. Aanvullende informatie Wat bieden wij jou? Salaris: Een passend salaris volgens onze CAO: tussen de € 2.817 en € 3.268 bruto per maand (op basis van 37 uur, inschaling afhankelijk van je ervaring). Zekerheid: Een contract voor 7 maanden. Bij goed functioneren is er zicht op verlenging voor de langere termijn. Uren: Een werkweek van 37 uur volgens onze CAO (29,6 uur is in overleg bespreekbaar). Ontwikkeling: Wij betalen je VCA (als je deze nog niet hebt) en je volgt intern een opleiding gericht op plantenkennis. Werkplek: 25 vakantiedagen, een informele sfeer en een mooie, groene werkomgeving.
