Doing target and acquirer screening. Participate in management/buyer meetings, handle Q&As, and negotiate offers. Assistance in drafting and evaluating various legal documents such as NDAs, etc. Facilitation of buyer and seller interactions (organizing roadshows, conference calls, etc.). Drafting meeting preparatory notes, management questionnaires, etc. Manage the due diligence and transaction documentation process. Origination Take an active part in the team's business development efforts by participating in origination activities and making client pitches. Carry out extensive industry/company research and target data required for the identification and assessment of possible mandates. Requirements Candidates based in Moldova, Georgia, or Armenia are encouraged to apply. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluent English proficiency. Strong accounting, finance, and analytical capabilities. Proven experience in preparing Information Memorandums (IMs), Pitch Books, and Teasers. Strong expertise in financial modelling, company valuation, and transaction analysis. Ability to manage multiple live mandates simultaneously and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. Experience in negotiating offers, deal structures, transaction documentation, and key commercial terms throughout the M&A process. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Hands-on experience with financial databases such as S&P Capital IQ (CapIQ). Demonstrated passion for Investment Banking, particularly cross-border M&A advisory.
