We are looking for an Arabic-speaking Customer Care Representative to join our team. The role focuses on handling client communications, managing service requests, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (10:00-19:00) Work Setting: On-Site Key Responsibilities: ** Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email. ** Manage and track service tasks in the CRM system. ** Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities to resolve client requests. ** Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and minimizing complaints. ** Visit client sites for documentation (photos/videos) when required. ** Manage utilities, property listings, and client accounts. ** Support clients with visa processes, travel arrangements, and banking needs. ** Provide updates and reports during team meetings. Qualifications & Requirements: ** Bachelor`s degree. ** 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer care or similar roles. ** Excellent communication skills in Arabic (C2) and English (B2). ** Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and CRM systems.
