30 September Vid for Travel - one of the top travel agencies in Georgia - is looking for Arabic-speaking Guest Relations Manager to join our team in Tbilisi. Language Requirement: Arabic - Native speaker Location: Saburtalo, Tbilisi Working Hours: 10:00 AM-5:00 PM Salary: 1200 GEL + performance-based bonuses Benefits: Health insurance; Travel perks; Opportunities to grow in the tourism industry; Your Responsibilities: ** Welcome guests at the office and explain tour packages/services clearly ** Maintain regular contact with customers and assist with any questions or problems during their stay ** Coordinate with internal departments (reservations, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of trips ** Handle complaints or urgent issues in a professional and timely manner ** Build lasting relationships with guests and ensure high satisfaction ** Collect guest feedback to help improve services If you are friendly, reliable, and love working with people from different backgrounds, we`d love to meet you!
