03 October York Towers is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Arabic Speaking Sales Representative . Department: Sales Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Employment Type: Full-time About York Towers: York Towers is a real estate development company operating in the Georgian market. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Arabic Speaking Sales Representative to join our Sales Team and contribute to the growth of our property sales. About the Role: As an Arabic Speaking Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with new and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, presenting our properties, and guiding clients throughout the real estate purchasing process. Key Responsibilities: ** Communicate with potential and existing clients through calls, follow-ups, meetings, and presentations; ** Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential clients; ** Present available properties and provide clients with accurate information about property features, construction options, pricing, financing, and investment opportunities; ** Follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process; ** Achieve sales targets set by management; ** Monitor real estate market trends, customer preferences, and market developments; ** Maintain and update information regarding available properties; ** Negotiate with clients effectively and address potential issues that may affect the successful completion of a deal; ** Prepare and coordinate the necessary documentation related to property transactions; ** Provide a high level of customer service throughout the entire sales process; ** Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for the line manager; ** Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient handling of client requests; Requirements: ** At least 2 years of relevant sales or real estate experience; ** Bachelor`s degree; ** Proven experience in client communication and sales; ** Strong negotiation and presentation skills; ** Strong customer service orientation; ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ** Strong organizational and time-management skills; ** Attention to detail and sense of responsibility; ** Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM systems.
