## Job description

ISYNC is a progressive architecture studio based in Tbilisi. We blend contemporary design, technology, and sustainable engineering to deliver high-impact built environments tailored to human needs and local contexts. We are seeking a Full-Time, On-Site Architect in Tbilisi to drive projects from initial concept through construction documentation. Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture (licensure preferred). Tools: Advanced proficiency in ARCHICAD, AutoCAD, BIM workflows. Tech Focus: Interest or skill in digital integration and software-driven architectural workflows. Knowledge: Firm grasp of Georgian building codes, construction processes, and sustainable design. Execution: Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.
