Architectural Company "ISYNC" announces a vacancy for the position of Architect . Our team's goal is to introduce foreign experiences and standards in Georgia, which will give us the opportunity to significantly increase the quality of our services. Due to the growing number of projects, we are looking for a new team member for the position of Architect . You can view our projects on the company's website: https://www.isync.ge Main Responsibilities: Developing architectural concepts, drafting, processing, and detailing sketches; Preparing and processing documentation according to the design brief for handover to the client; Preparing the necessary documentation for obtaining construction permits; Preparing a complete package of architectural working documentation; Involvement in all stages of the design process; Amending/correcting architectural drawings as needed; Ensuring project compliance with current legislation; Preparing and monitoring relevant documentation to be submitted to the municipality; Involvement in various stages of the design process as needed. Qualification Requirements: Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position; Experience working on Class II, III, and IV projects; Knowledge of current legislation; Effective communication skills with related professionals; High-level proficiency in Archicad. Working Conditions: Working schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Salary: Based on experience; Probation: At the initial stage, there is a 3-month probationary period (paid).
