This full-time, on-site role in Bakuriani includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and coordinating staff training and development initiatives. The role involves handling employee relations, supporting performance management, and assisting with scheduling, attendance tracking, and compliance with labor laws and company standards. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will collaborate with department leaders to address staffing needs, promote a positive workplace culture, and support health and safety practices. This position also assists in HR reporting, payroll coordination, and implementing HR projects that enhance engagement and retention.
