We are seeking a motivated and development-driven Associate to join our team in the Business Planning and Strategic Development Division. Job Details: Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 Workplace: 23a Chavchavadze Street, Tbilisi Probationary Period: 6 months Associate Job Description: Role Summary: Associates play a hands-on role in collecting and analyzing data, engaging with stakeholders, and drafting initial sections of client deliverables. This position is ideal for developing technical and communication skills in a consulting environment. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data from primary and secondary sources. Conduct interviews and surveys with project stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers. Analyze legislation, policy documents, and industry reports to extract relevant information. Draft sections of business plans, market research reports, feasibility studies, and investment teasers. Prepare visual aids and slide decks in PowerPoint for client meetings and presentations. Translate key findings into written insights, charts, and graphs for client deliverables. Collaborate with senior staff on the development of financial models by researching benchmark data. Contribute to internal proposal development processes and draft basic methodology sections. Maintain clear records of research sources and ensure citation accuracy. Required Skills: Ability to independently navigate statistical databases and validate data relevance to project scope. Familiarity with industry-specific sources and international publications (e.g., WTO, IMF, OECD). Knowledge of basic techniques for analyzing time-series data and applying growth metrics. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English. Basic understanding of financial and market research principles. High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Team player with strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable conducting interviews and gathering data from various stakeholders.
