We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Manager / QA Lead to define and drive an enterprise-level automation testing strategy across SAP and non-SAP applications.

💰 Rate: $25–30 gross/hour

🔹 Key Responsibilities

— Define and execute the enterprise automation testing strategy
— Increase automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort across multiple programs
— Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end automation frameworks for SAP S/4HANA, mobile, web, and Delphi applications
— Implement automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca and AI-enabled testing tools
— Troubleshoot complex automation and framework issues and drive root-cause resolution
— Manage automation planning, test execution, defect management, reporting, and quality metrics
— Lead and mentor a team of six automation engineers and test analysts
— Collaborate with business, development, workstream, and country teams
— Establish automation governance, standards, best practices, and KPI tracking

🛠 Required Experience

— 12–13 years of experience in SAP testing and quality assurance
— Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA end-to-end test automation
— Deep technical expertise in Tricentis Tosca and AI-enabled automation tools
— Hands-on experience with qTest, Jira Zephyr, and HP ALM / OpenText ALM
— Proven experience designing and improving automation frameworks
— Strong knowledge of web, API, integration, and end-to-end testing
— Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery models
— Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
— Proven ability to increase automation maturity and testing efficiency across an organization

👥 Leadership Responsibilities

— Coach and introduce automation practices across different workstreams and country teams
— Support resource planning and workload management
— Mentor automation engineers and test analysts
— Build a culture of quality engineering and continuous improvement
