About the job The Apple Premium Partner Team in Georgia (ASBC | iSpace) is looking for an energetic and customer-focused B2B Sales Manager to support the growth of our corporate business. This role plays a key part in executing daily sales activities, delivering outstanding client service. This position is ideal for someone who loves working with clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by achieving sales results. Key Responsibilities Achieve B2B sales targets across product groups and services Consult clients on Apple products, solutions, warranty, repairs, and delivery Respond to incoming corporate inquiries via phone, email, chat, and CRM Perform cross-selling and upselling based on customer needs Proactively identify, source, and attract new B2B clients and business partners to support corporate sales growth Inform clients about promotions and special offers Process orders, pre-orders, and documentation in the CRM system Ensure accurate cash register operations and compliance with cash discipline Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve product or service-related issues Collaborate with internal teams (Service, Logistics, KAMs) to deliver smooth customer service Qualifications 2+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a relevant commercial role (B2B experience is an advantage) Good understanding of IT product s; Apple product knowledge is a strong plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Strong communication skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously English proficiency at least B1–B 2 level Benefits Competitive fixed salary with a performance-based bonus system Opportunities for professional and personal development Engaging tasks within a supportive and collaborative environment Comprehensive health insurance coverage Dynamic and innovative workplace within an international company Selection Process Introductory Interview with the HR Recruiter and Team Lead Final Interview with the General Manager Reference Check Before the offer stage, we conduct a reference check.
