Role Description The B2B Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with corporate clients, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing partners, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. Daily tasks include prospecting and outreach, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts and terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely delivery, and high service standards. The B2B Sales Manager will monitor market trends, gather client feedback, and support the development of sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth and strengthen K PAX’s presence in the promotional accessories market. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally in advertising, promotional products, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships and influence decision-makers. Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management, prioritization of opportunities, and accurate reporting. Comfort working with international partners and brands; experience in import/export or coordination with overseas suppliers is an advantage. Knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and basic commercial and contract principles. Fluency in local language and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are considered a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with marketing, logistics, and production teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
