21 October B2B Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Tbilisi | Logistics / Warehousing / Distribution We are launching a new B2B staffing service in Georgia, providing companies with warehouse workers, loaders, pickers, packers, and general workers. We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager with strong active sales experience and an existing professional network in Georgia. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in logistics, 3PL, warehousing, FMCG, distribution, retail, manufacturing, HR/staffing, or B2B services for these industries. Responsibilities: ** Find companies with ongoing or temporary staffing needs; ** Reach key decision-makers in Logistics, Warehouse, Operations, HR, Procurement, and Management; ** Use your existing professional network as well as cold outreach; ** Conduct meetings and negotiations; ** Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to a paid contract; ** Convert trial projects into long-term contracts. First-month goal Close the first paid B2B contracts and acquire at least one client with a recurring need for 5+ workers. Requirements: ** Proven B2B sales experience in Georgia; ** Existing professional network within our target industries; ** Ability to independently identify decision-makers and close deals; ** Georgian — required; ** Russian and/or English — an advantage. Compensation: fixed salary + performance-based bonus for acquired clients. Successful performance may lead to growth into a Head of Business Development / Business Unit Lead role.
