Located in Tbilisi, InLogistics LTD serves B2B clients that require dependable storage and distribution capabilities. The team is dedicated to efficient operations, streamlined processes, and responsive service that helps clients optimize their supply chains. Role Description The B2B Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi, responsible for driving new business and managing existing B2B client relationships for InLogistics LTD’s warehouse and logistics services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and preparing proposals and quotations aligned with client needs. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, coordinating with operations to ensure service delivery, and maintaining accurate records in Sales Database and reporting tools. The B2B Sales Officer will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions, negotiate terms, and support ongoing customer satisfaction and account growth. Qualifications Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Channel Sales skills to identify prospects, develop partner networks, and expand market reach. Candidates should possess Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, forecasts, sales database entries efficiently. Prior B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, or related fields is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Tbilisi, manage multiple opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in microsoft office. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in local language(s) and good command of English for business communication.
