**Position:** Backend Engineer
**Location:** Warsaw
**Work format:** Hybrid (3 days/week)
**Employment:** B2B (Polish JDG) contract

On The Spot Development is looking for a [Backend Engineer](https://onthespotdev.com/positions/backend-engineer-cycode?utm_source=Telegram&utm_medium=.net&utm_campaign=05.10.2026) to join [Cycode](https://onthespotdev.com/post/cycode-rnd-team-and-open-roles) — an Agentic Development Security Platform designed to secure the entire AI-powered development lifecycle.

**We're open to strong backend engineers coming from Java, Go, Rust, Python, Ruby, or other languages. What matters most is solid engineering fundamentals and a genuine willingness to switch to .NET / C# as your primary stack.**

**Requirements:**
- 5+ years of production backend experience in any modern language (e.g., Java, Go, Rust, Python, Ruby) and readiness to switch to .NET
- 2+ years of experience with microservices development
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native development
