Job description

ASBC LLC Georgia , an official partner of global tech and luxury leaders, represents Bang & Olufsen —the legendary Danish luxury brand setting the gold standard in high-end audio and innovative design for nearly a century. We are looking for an ambitious Sales Project Manager to own the end-to-end performance of our Tbilisi store, drive B2C/B2B sales, and build valuable partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Showroom Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, manage and train the sales team, and ensure an exceptional, luxury-grade customer experience. B2B & Partnership Development: Identify, network, and establish strong partnerships with top interior designers, architects, premium real estate developers, and corporate clients. Events & Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute exclusive in-store events, product showcases, and activations to boost brand visibility. Sales Performance & Reporting: Drive monthly/quarterly targets (revenue, margins, conversion rates) and actively utilize CRM tools for data analysis and forecasting. Requirements: Proven experience in B2C/B2B sales, showroom management, or business development, preferably within the premium or luxury segment. Existing network and strong connections within Tbilisi's architecture and interior design community (highly preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) for international brand collaboration. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics.
