Role Description The Bartender at Brouge bar is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring each drink meets quality and presentation standards. The role also involves restocking supplies, checking IDs to ensure legal drinking age compliance, and collaborating with the team to support smooth bar and floor operations. This is a contract role with a hybrid setup, based in Tbilisi, where most duties are performed on-site, but some tasks such as inventory reporting or menu updates may be completed from home. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with diverse guests. Practical experience and knowledge in Food & Beverage service, including basic understanding of drink menus and bar hygiene standards. Demonstrated proficiency in Bartending, including mixing classic cocktails, following recipes, and ensuring responsible alcohol service. Accurate Cash Handling skills, including experience with POS systems, balancing cash drawers, and managing payments. Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred; knowledge of local and international beverages is an advantage. Ability to stand for extended periods, work evenings and weekends, and manage a fast-paced environment safely and efficiently.
