Role Description The Behavioral Therapist at ABA_Guide will provide direct ABA-based behavioral therapy to children and adolescents in Tbilisi, working both on-site and remotely in a hybrid model. This part-time role involves conducting one-on-one sessions, implementing behavior intervention plans, and tracking clients’ progress using data collection tools. The therapist will collaborate with supervising clinicians to adjust treatment plans, participate in team meetings, and maintain clear, timely documentation. Daily tasks include teaching new skills, supporting behavior reduction strategies, coaching families on effective techniques, and ensuring sessions are safe, engaging, and aligned with each client’s goals. The role requires consistent communication with caregivers and colleagues to promote continuity of care across home and clinic settings. Qualifications Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with the ability to implement structured behavior intervention plans. Background or education in Psychology or a related behavioral health field, with an understanding of developmental and behavioral disorders. Demonstrated Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, clear communication, and the ability to build trust with clients and families. Experience Working With Children, particularly in educational, therapeutic, or caregiving environments.
