The work supports travel operations, customer service, recruiting coordination, employee support, and business reporting. Responsibilities Generate and review customer invoices using approved billing information, rates, and supporting documentation. Apply payments, maintain billing records, and reconcile account activity against invoices and approved adjustments. Follow up on overdue or incomplete accounts according to established procedures and document each action. Prepare recurring billing, aging, payment, and exception reports for management review.
