We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented professional who will be responsible for the efficient management and coordination of booking processes related to international ocean freight shipments. Key Responsibilities Place, manage, and coordinate bookings with shipping lines; Monitor booking statuses, cut-off times, and relevant deadlines; Track vessel schedules and monitor any changes or updates; Prepare Shipping Instructions and verify Bill of Lading details; Prepare, review, and control booking-related documentation; Monitor container movements and key operational deadlines; Maintain daily communication with shipping lines, terminals, agents, and internal company departments; Ensure booking-related information is entered into the company system accurately and in a timely manner; Identify delays, schedule changes, and other operational issues promptly and coordinate solutions with the relevant parties. Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in booking operations and/or ocean freight; Advanced English proficiency – C1 level, both written and spoken; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office software; Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple processes, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously; High level of responsibility, with the ability to work independently and resolve issues efficiently; Strong communication and coordination skills.
