Work Location: 64 Feikrebi Street, Tbilisi Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with brand suppliers and conduct negotiations. Develop procurement strategies and action plans for imported products. Analyze market demand, monitor competitors, identify new trends, and conduct market research as required. Negotiate with retail partners and plan/coordinate marketing activities. Continuously monitor sales performance across distribution channels, analyze brand performance, and adjust activities when necessary. Monitor inventory turnover, analyze the causes of product shortages or excess stock, and develop appropriate action plans. Maintain ongoing communication with international partners and exchange information regarding brand development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in a similar position. Advanced in English and Russian. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Required Skills Strong planning and organizational skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Analytical thinking. Accuracy and attention to detail. Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to work effectively in a team.
