We're Hiring | Brand Manager π A leading company specializing in the import and distribution of food and beverage products from international markets is looking for a motivated, commercially minded, and proactive Brand Manager to join its Brand Management Department. The company partners with internationally recognized brands across multiple FMCG categories and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a portfolio primarily consisting of grocery and confectionery brands. π Working Hours: Monday β Friday, 10:00 β 18:00 π Location: 64 Feikrebis Street, Tbilisi, Georgia Please note: This is a commercial Brand Manager role βnot a Marketing Brand Manager position. The successful candidate will take ownership of supplier relationships, commercial negotiations, purchasing strategy, portfolio performance, and brand development, while working closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities πΉ Take ownership of the assigned portfolio of grocery and confectionery brands and drive its commercial development. πΉ Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, independently managing business communication and negotiations. πΉ Develop purchasing plans and commercial strategies for assigned brands. πΉ Conduct market research, analyze competitors, identify consumer trends, and explore new business opportunities. πΉ Lead negotiations with local retail chains and coordinate commercial and marketing activities. πΉ Monitor sales performance across distribution channels and recommend actions to improve business results. πΉ Analyze pricing, margins, stock turnover, and overall brand performance, preparing regular commercial reports and business insights. πΉ Identify the causes of overstock or stock shortages and develop appropriate action plans. πΉ Maintain continuous communication with international partners to support brand development and business growth. πΉ Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements βοΈ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. βοΈ 1β3 years of experience in Brand Management, Commercial Operations, Import, Category Management, Purchasing, or a similar commercial role. βοΈ Experience in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry will be considered a strong advantage. βοΈ Excellent command of English and Russian, both written and spoken. βοΈ Ability to independently manage professional business correspondence with international partners. Technical & Analytical Skills βοΈ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. βοΈ Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze commercial data and support business decision-making.
