EFES Georgia (Natakhtari Brewery) is pleased to announce a vacancy for the following position: Position: Brand Specialist Job Location: Tbilisi Main Duties and Responsibilities: Participate in development and implementation of brand strategies and marketing activities; Market analysis and monitoring activities of existing competitors; Participate in the analysis, evaluation and / or optimization of the company's marketing activities; Managing financial documentation in the accounting system and optimizing the closing of the month; Manage gift products and prepare relevant documentation; Develop, monitor, and control budgets for a given brand; Negotiate with partners, plan relevant activities and control their activities; Participation in Planning for new brand / product launches, managing and controlling relevant processes; Preparing and submitting various reports and presentations; Preparation of documentation necessary for proper functioning of the department, implementation and control of system operations; Participation in product pricing process; Analysing various offers and responding accordingly; Ensure effective communication with the representatives of various structural units (within the company within the framework of ongoing projects); Coordinate and support the monthly Innogate meeting process, including consolidation of presentations covering new projects and NPD (New Product Development) plans; Manage the relevant online platform by coordinating with responsible stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of required information; Ensure completion of procedures and oversee the smooth and consistent execution of the process on a monthly basis; Consolidate presentations and support preparation of materials for Brand & Channel Review meetings. Requirements: University Degree; English Language – B2 Level; Minimum 3 years’ experience (preferably in FMCG sector); Active communication and interpersonal skills; Detail Oriented; Analytical skills.
