The role works closely with internal departments and suppliers to support smooth financial operations. The Accounts Payable Accountant will: ** Process and verify supplier invoices and payments accurately and on time. ** Match invoices with Purchase Orders and supporting documents. ** Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. ** Maintain accurate vendor records and Accounts Payable accounts. ** Prepare invoices, prepayments, accruals, and journal entries. ** Support month-end closing and reconciliations. ** Ensure compliance with Hilton policies and accounting standards. ** Assist with vendor management and new supplier setup. ** Identify and report payment or accounting discrepancies. ** Collaborate with Finance and other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
