Job Description: Supporting day-to-day finance operations Maintenance of accurate financial records for all areas of finance Preparation and development of month end reporting and variance analysis Supporting ad hoc data analysis to identify business opportunities that drive business performance General finance administration as required Processing timesheets invoices and payments accurately and on time Reconciliations for key accounts Assisting with month-end tasks such as prepayments, accruals and month end journals Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting & Audit, Economics, or a related field is preferred; 3-5 years of work experience as an Accountant Ongoing ACCA studies will be considered as an advantage; Experience with month-end processes, journals, accruals and prepayments, reconciliations, GL, customer invoicing and reporting Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory; Knowledge of Xero will be considered as an advantage; Fluent English is required.
