✅ Requirements:

— 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
— Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
— Experience working with CMS platforms
— Ability to create User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications
— Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
— Scrum / Agile experience
— Fluent English
— Good working proficiency in German is required

🔹 Responsibilities:

— Gather and document requirements from banking stakeholders
— Manage FAQ content and quality assurance within the CMS
— Collaborate with the development team on the implementation of an FAQ Bot
— Analyze user feedback and help improve answer quality and user experience
— Support release planning and project documentation
