Role Description Business Analyst The Role UST is searching for a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst/Operations Analyst to support the CDM team during a critical period involving Open Enrollment (OE) activities and HRP migration initiatives. What You’ll Do Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support solution design discussions Coordinate with cross-functional teams during implementation, testing, and production validation activities Support Open Enrollment and HRP migration initiatives by assisting with operational readiness and execution Analyze healthcare data files and validate processing outcomes Drive stakeholder communications, provide status updates, and facilitate meetings and presentations Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Utilize Excel-based solutions and AI-enabled tools to support validation and operational efficiency Work independently while managing multiple priorities and timelines This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What You Need Experience in Healthcare/Payer or Insurance industry Strong understanding of healthcare standard file formats, including: 834 Enrollment Files Accumulator Files Claims Processing Files Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with Excel Macros and data validation techniques Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and automation tools Ability to perform data analysis and troubleshooting Business & Functional Skills Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent stakeholder management capabilities Ability to work collaboratively with business and IT teams Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system implementation, and production validation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Open Enrollment (OE) initiatives Exposure to migration programs within healthcare organizations Experience in operational process automation and reporting Previous experience working in client-facing healthcare delivery environments Location & Compensation Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
