🌍 Location: Hybrid — Warsaw, Poland (3 days/week in the office)

⚠️ This position is available only for candidates based in Poland.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an international team and support the delivery of data-related solutions in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, working closely with global stakeholders and Agile development teams.

📋 Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements
• Support Agile delivery by working closely with development teams
• Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support consent-related activities within the pharmaceutical domain
• Work with complex, integrated systems in a regulated (GxP) environment
• Partner with global cross-functional teams to shape innovative solutions
• Apply user-centred and design-thinking approaches where appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in Business Analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Practical experience working in Agile environments
• Hands-on experience with JIRA
• Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories
• Experience working with complex integrated systems
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP)
• Experience collaborating with distributed international teams
• Understanding of end-to-end processes supporting data solutions
• Fluent English and Polish

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience with pharma clinical trial planning, execution, or analytics projects
• Experience working in global organizations
• Knowledge of User-Centred Design and Design Thinking
• Technical or Business degree

📍 Work Format

Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland.
Working from the client's office 3 days per week.
