Interexy is looking for an experienced **__Business Analyst__** to join a long-term international project with an English-speaking team.

Requirements

Experience:
– 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
– Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
– Experience working with CMS platforms
– Scrum / Agile experience

Skills:
– Writing User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications
– Stakeholder Management

Nice to Have:
– Experience with Chatbots, Conversational AI, or FAQ systems
– Banking or Financial Services experience

Languages:
– English: Fluent
– German: Good working proficiency (not necessarily fluent, but required)

Responsibilities:
– Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders
– Create User Stories, Use Cases, and functional documentation
– Coordinate FAQ content management and quality assurance within the CMS
– Collaborate closely with the development team to implement and integrate the FAQ Bot
– Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve answer quality and user experience
– Communicate with business and technical stakeholders
– Support release planning and documentation while considering banking regulatory requirements
– Work in an Agile Scrum environment
