📍 Remote (EU) / Poland (Warsaw) / Cyprus (Limassol)**
NDA product company that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products cover igaming, fintech, e-commerce, marketing, customer service.

We are looking for a strong **Middle+****/Senior**** Business Analyst **to help us build scalable products and drive impactful business solutions.

**💼 Requirements:**
**• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT (iGaming / payments is a plus)**
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation and documentation (User Stories, Use Cases, BRD, etc.)
• Experience in process modeling and visualization (BPMN, UML, mockups)
• Good understanding of SDLC
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to clearly structure and communicate information
• Experience with Jira / Confluence
• Basic understanding of REST API, JSON — nice to have
• English B1+, Russian - native

**📌 Responsibilities:**
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements with stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain documentation (specifications, user stories, etc.)
• Present and clarify requirements with development and QA teams
• Manage requirements throughout the full project lifecycle
• Analyze delivered solutions and suggest improvements
• Consult stakeholders on product functionality and interactions
• Identify risks and opportunities for product development
• Maintain and improve documentation standards
