We are looking for an innovative, experienced, and results-oriented Business Analyst Guild Lead to head our Business Analyst Guild and implement best practices across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and other leaders to ensure the efficiency and quality of business analysis processes. You will be the key figure ensuring the professional growth of the business analysis function, the standardization of processes, and the alignment of strategic goals with technical implementation. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and support the professional development of the Business Analyst Guild. Implement and advance business analysis methodologies, standards, and tools across the organization. Organize knowledge-sharing sessions, workshops, and training for guild members. Oversee the process of analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical tasks. Control the quality of business process modeling (BPMN, UML) and implement best practices. Work closely with product, development, and design teams to achieve strategic goals. Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders to effectively manage change and progress. What We Expect from You: Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology, including at least 1 years in a leadership or mentorship role. Proven ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption of new practices across teams outside direct reporting lines. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in business process modeling and analysis; Experience working in and establishing processes for Agile (Scrum, Kanban) environments. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or their equivalents. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Nice to Have (Considered a Plus): Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industries. Experience in creating or managing a Center of Excellence (CoE) or a similar professional community. Knowledge of international business analysis standards (BABOK, PMI-PBA, CBAP certification). Participation in relevant training or professional certification programs.
