Project Description We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to lead product definition and discovery for a next-generation healthcare platform. The role will be focused on helping shape the product vision, define MVP scope, prioritize requirements, and prepare an implementation-ready product backlog in close collaboration with the Solution Architect, Delivery Manager, and client leadership. The initial focus will be on the Registration & Scheduling workstream, including patient registration, scheduling, provider matching, and related operational workflows. Technologies Athena Salesforce Zocdoc EHR / healthcare platforms, Telehealth platforms Snowflake, RudderStack Agile product management tools What You'll Do Lead business discovery workshops with executive, operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders; Translate clients' strategic objectives into product capabilities, MVP scope, and implementation priorities; Analyze current-state business processes and define future-state workflows for patient registration, scheduling, provider matching, and related operational processes; Elicit, document, prioritize, and validate business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules; Own and maintain the Product Backlog, ensuring priorities are based on business value, dependencies, and delivery feasibility; Analyze integration touchpoints with key systems such as Athena, Salesforce, Zocdoc, Config Tool, Snowflake, RudderStack, and other supporting platforms; Partner with the Solution Architect and technical teams during architecture reviews and solution validation to ensure business requirements are reflected in the target architecture, system boundaries, data ownership, and integration approach; Identify business risks, dependencies, assumptions, and opportunities for workflow simplification, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities; Serve as the primary business point of contact, facilitating working meetings and executive review sessions, driving stakeholder alignment, product decision-making, and presenting recommendations to client leadership; Job Requirements 6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or similar roles on enterprise software projects; Strong experience defining MVP scope, product roadmaps, product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and functional requirements; Experience documenting and analyzing business processes, current-state and future-state workflows; Strong facilitation skills, including experience working with executive, business, operational, and technical stakeholders; Experience working in Agile product development environments; Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities; Upper-Intermediate English level or higher; Nice To Have Experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or telehealth products; Experience with patient registration, scheduling, provider operations, or healthcare workflows; Familiarity with Athena, Salesforce, EHR systems, or similar healthcare platforms; Experience supporting EHR modernization, healthcare platform transformation, or integration-heavy initiatives; Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management, clinical documentation, or provider credentialing processes; Experience with AI-enabled products, workflow automation, or intelligent process optimization; What Do We Offer The global benefits package includes: Technical and non-technical training for professional and personal growth; Internal conferences and meetups to learn from industry experts; Support and mentorship from an experienced employee to help you professional grow and development; Health insurance; Sports activities to promote a healthy lifestyle; Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities; Referral program for bringing in new talent; Work anniversary program and additional vacation days.
