🔎**Business Analyst **- **Salesforce Marketing Cloud**

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join a CRM & marketing automation project.
**Employment: **Full-time, Remote, EU

**Responsibilities**
• Gather and analyze business & technical requirements
• Communicate with clients and internal teams
• Define project scope and manage stakeholders
• Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements
• Participate in UAT and acceptance testing

🎯**Must-Have**
• 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Hands-on **Salesforce Marketing Cloud** experience
• Strong business & system analysis skills
• Understanding of SDLC
• Experience with CRM, ERP, and third-party integrations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with requirements documentation and UAT
• English B2+

🌟**Nice to Have**
• Enterprise CRM experience
• Marketing automation knowledge
• Experience in international distributed teams
