🔎 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 - 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join a CRM & marketing automation project.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Full-time, Remote, EU

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Gather and analyze business & technical requirements
- Communicate with clients and internal teams
- Define project scope and manage stakeholders
- Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements
- Participate in UAT and acceptance testing

🎯𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Strong business & system analysis skills
- Understanding of SDLC
- Experience with CRM, ERP, and third-party integrations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with requirements documentation and UAT
- English B2+

- Enterprise CRM experience
- Marketing automation knowledge
- Experience in international distributed teams
