Role Description The Business Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tbilisi. The consultant will work with businesses and project stakeholders to assess needs, analyze market and financial data, and develop actionable recommendations to support growth and competitiveness. Daily tasks include conducting research, preparing business and investment proposals, participating in client meetings, and providing consulting support on strategy, operations, and financial planning. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, preparing presentations and reports, and monitoring project outcomes to ensure alignment with broader economic development goals. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, evaluate business models, and perform market and financial analysis. Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, with a track record of delivering practical recommendations and managing client engagements. Excellent Communication skills, including clear written reporting, presentation abilities, and effective stakeholder interaction. Knowledge of Finance, such as budgeting, financial modeling, investment analysis, or capital market concepts. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage. Experience in economic development, investment promotion, or private sector development is highly beneficial. Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
