About Us Founded in 2020, Blackmont Consulting is a global consulting organisation committed to delivering structured, insight-driven solutions to startups, nonprofits, and growing organisations. Alongside supporting clients, we are dedicated to developing the next generation of consulting professionals through meaningful project experience and continuous learning. About the Role As a Consulting Intern, you will work within a team of  5–6 consultants , contributing to live client projects across a range of industries. You will support the development of strategic recommendations through research, analysis, and collaborative problem-solving while gaining practical exposure to consulting methodologies and client engagement. What We Offer: A minimum 2-month consulting programme, with opportunities for extension or promotion to Project Manager based on performance. Practical experience working on real consulting projects with external organisations. Mentorship and collaboration within an international network of ambitious students and professionals. A recommendation letter upon successful completion of the programme. A fully remote and flexible programme designed to complement academic commitments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support client engagements. Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights and develop strategic recommendations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to prepare professional client presentations and deliverables. Apply structured problem-solving techniques to address real-world business challenges. What We’re Looking For: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, International Business, or a related field. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Be proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn in a professional consulting environment. Be available to commit approximately  10–12 hours per week  for a minimum of  3 months . Become a Blackmont Consulting member if selected for the programme (membership requirements apply). Nice to Have: Previous consulting, business, or research experience is advantageous but not essential. Please note:  This is a  voluntary, non-remunerated programme .
